Seafood and steamed chicken made by hydrogen water

Ingredients :

1 middle-sized chicken, 2 abalones, 1 middle-sized octopus, three shrimps, 5 jujubes,
5 ginko nuts, 8 peeled garlic, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 100 g of fugu glavidus roots,
11 cup of soaked rice, 1/2 mini pumpkin 1/2 and suitable amount of salt

 

How to make :

1. Wash the rice and soak it into hydrogen water with a little bit of bamboo salt for about 1 hour.

2. Soak the abalone, octopus and shrimp into hydrogen water for about 30 minutes so that they could be detoxified and then scoop them in a basket.

3. Cleanly trim the chicken and wash it with hydrogen water. Stuff rice in the stomach.

4. Put abalone, octopus , shrimp, chicken, gingko nuts, peeled garlic, shitake mushroom and bamboo salt at pressure cooker. And then pour the appropriate amount of hydrogen water and a suitable amount of bamboo salt. Close the lid after 30 to 60 minutes and cook.

5. Turn off the light after 20minutes from the time of boiling and open the lid and put abalone, shrimp, octopus, sliced pumpkin and fugu glavidus roots. Boil them once again and it is finished.

Ingredients :

30 pieces of cabbage leaves, 1 pear, 4/1 beet, 1 apple, 1 onion, one of each blue, red and yellow paprika, 1 scoop of pine nuts, minced garlic, minced ginger, a suitable amount of bamboo salt, 1/2 cups of barley flour and rice flour per 1 litter of hydrogen water

 

How to make :

1. Wash wide and blue leaves of cabbage, pickle in salt and wash them with hydrogen water and then dry.

2. Slice paprika, onion, apple and pear.

3. Season hydrogen water with salt and then make a starch paste with rice flour.
Put minced garlic and ginger and mix with them.

Ingredients :
